GPS is unreliable indoors, making it unsuitable for tracking people, pets, robots, or assets inside homes and buildings. Although technologies like RADAR and LiDAR can solve this problem, they are costly and impractical for most real-world DIY and deployment scenarios.

To address these challenges, we present a practical, affordable indoor positioning solution built using IndusBoard and BLE/Wi-Fi triangulation. By analysing RSSI values from multiple IndusBoard anchors, the system calculates real-time indoor positions and displays them live on a web interface, without the need for internet connectivity or external infrastructure.
