Yesterday a call from Ashwini that the shipment has arrived in New Delhi.
Now, we should be getting it in a day or two.
But, in the evening, I got another call from him.
The update: Oops! The consignment is stuck in shipment!
Why? Because there are some documentation issues. All our papers are not in place to import electronics.
Either we pay the duty OR we try and resolve the documentation and get our shipment released with levy of the rightful duty?
What should we do?
