If your IndusBoard is not getting detected by your laptop or PC, there might be three possible reasons. Please check the following steps one by one:
- Check the Cable
- Ensure that the cable you are using is functioning correctly. Try using a different USB cable to connect the IndusBoard to your laptop/PC.
- Boot Button Method
- Press the boot button on the board, then plug it into your laptop/PC. This can sometimes help the system detect the board properly.
- USB Driver Issues
- Your system might not have the necessary drivers installed, causing the board to not be detected. Follow these steps to resolve driver issues:

- Download the Drivers
- Visit the following link: Windows Drivers
- Download the .exe file from the link.
- Install the Drivers
- Open the downloaded .exe file.
- When prompted with the driver installation options, check all the drivers.
- Complete the installation process.
After installing the drivers, your IndusBoard should be recognized by your system.
If the issue persists, consider the following additional steps:
- Restart your computer and reconnect the IndusBoard.
- Try connecting the board to a different USB port.
- Ensure your system is up to date with the latest OS updates.
